00:39- Began conducting in 5. I wanted to show the classroom my conducting style.

00:52-began expressing dynamics in order to show how they respond to change.

1:00-tunning process. 

2:06- Showed pickup to measure 41

3:00-began nit picking sections in music

5:15 putting rehearsed material in practice. 

6:25-played the whole song  from the beginning

00:44-showed a different conducting pattern too soon. Should have spent more time conducting in 5 instead of switching in 2.

02:41- I Lost my conducting pattern

03:50-should have given clearer directions with an "omph"

4:25- I lost pattern while condcting. Lost focus.

I would have approached the situation differently by expanding the scope of my teaching pattern. While I made a strong start, I realized I progressed too quickly in the lesson. In retrospect, I would have introduced variations in tempo to add depth to the learning experience. Furthermore, having knowledge of the students attending the class would have allowed me to tailor the lesson more effectively to their needs. I acknowledge that some of my instructions could have been clearer and more direct.

Although I don't view the lesson as a failure, I still take pride in what I accomplished.
